REFUND POLICY

You must request a return within 14 days of receiving our order.

Request by sending an e-mail to monaddesignbali@gmail.com or WhatsApp.

The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund is made. A shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Some items are not eligible for return, such as rings in small or large custom requested sizes, pieces with custom engraving, and scratched or worn items.

Are returns free?

The shipping cost of returning item(s) to the Monad Design Studio for an exchange or refund, is not covered by us. The return must be sent with a tracking number.

Exchange policy.

We do offer exchanges, you are welcome to return a full priced item and change your preferred item/size once we receive your parcel back to our studio in Bali. All shipping costs (return and new shipping) are not covered by Monad Design.
