Yes we do! We offer international shipping to all destinations.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.

The above shipping times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping location and respective international customs. Monad Design is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
How long does shipping take?
- For Worldwide Regular shipping we use POS Indonesia. Usually it takes 10 - 15 days to deliver.
- For Worldwide Express shipping we use EMS, FedEx or DHL. Usually it takes 3 - 7 days to deliver.
Note: There can be occasional customs or delays which may affect your delivery timeframe, these unfortunately are beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package. In most cases a signature will be required on delivery to confirm that the package has been received.
Do you ship to PO boxes or to Freight Forwarders?
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or to Freight Forwarders. We ask that you please use an alternate address at checkout, such as an office address.
Will I get a tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number.
International custom fees and duties.
We are based in Bali, Indonesia. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, international orders may be subjected to local customs duties and taxes that we are not responsible for.
European, Chinese & Canadian customers should be aware of import taxes and duties, please check the limits in your country.
The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the recipient. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost.
We are legally required to declare the full value paid on the international shipments and must include an invoice for customs if they require it.
Non acceptance of a delivery.
If a customer will not accept delivery of their order, or should the necessary customs duties or taxes not be paid by the customer in order to complete the delivery, Monad Design will not be able to issue a refund on the full order price and we do not refund shipping costs. Refunds can only be processed once the original piece is received back at our studio in Bali, sometimes it takes 30-60 working days.
