Please note that all jewelry items purchased online and shipped internationally are not eligible for return or refund.

Duties and Taxes
Please note that all duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in your country are the responsibility of the customer. We kindly ask you to check the applicable import duties and tax rates in your country before placing an order.
We are not responsible for any unpaid or underpaid customs duties or taxes, and any resulting delays, fees, or issues with delivery.
Returns within Indonesia
Orders delivered within Indonesia are eligible for return within 7 days after receiving the order.
To request a return, you can contact us at hello@monad.design or WhatsApp.
If your return request is accepted, we will send you the return address along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging. The item(s) must be returned to our studio before the refund is made.
Damages and issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please make us a video of the issue and send to hello@monad.design or WhatsApp.
